Replacement Only:
- We do not accept direct returns for any items.
- If an item is found defective or damaged at the time of unboxing, a replacement will be provided.
- Customers must record a short video while opening the package showing the item’s condition and send it to gondwanacraft@gmail.com.
- The product package opening video is required to verify the issue.
Refund Conditions:
- Refunds are only available if the order is cancelled before it leaves the shop/warehouse.
- Once the order has been shipped, no refund will be processed; only replacements for defective/damaged items as verified via video.
Non-Replaceable Items:
- Custom-made or personalised items delivered in intact and undamaged condition.
- Products damaged due to customer handling or without valid unboxing video proof.
