Refund and Returns Policy

Replacement Only:

  • We do not accept direct returns for any items.
  • If an item is found defective or damaged at the time of unboxing, a replacement will be provided.
  • Customers must record a short video while opening the package showing the item’s condition and send it to gondwanacraft@gmail.com.
  • The product package opening video is required to verify the issue.

Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds are only available if the order is cancelled before it leaves the shop/warehouse.
  • Once the order has been shipped, no refund will be processed; only replacements for defective/damaged items as verified via video.

Non-Replaceable Items:

  • Custom-made or personalised items delivered in intact and undamaged condition.
  • Products damaged due to customer handling or without valid unboxing video proof.

Process for Replacement:

  • Send a video showing the defective/damaged item as proof.
  • Once verified, the replacement item will be shipped at the earliest.
